Kunshan Qingyuan Junye Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2019. It is a one-stop solution provider focusing on the field of optical communication thermal management, dedicated to solving the heat dissipation problem of high-power optical modules and AEC (active cable) products.

Relying on the strategic core manufacturing plant, the company has formed a complete closed-loop from heat dissipation scheme design, structural development to mass production and delivery, providing customers with a true one-stop thermal management solution. In response to the manufacturing problems of pure copper heat dissipation in traditional solutions, the company concentrated the backbone of the team and successfully launched a pure copper heat dissipation shell based on MIM (metal injection molding) process in two years. It has been applied to 1.6T optical modules and AEC products of major customers. With excellent thermal conductivity and reliable quality, it provides stable and efficient heat dissipation protection for high-speed optical interconnection products.

At the manufacturing end, the factory is equipped with 12 injection machines, 8 degreasing furnaces, 8 sintering furnaces, 5 automata, 8 shaping machines, 2 sets of heat treatment equipment, and 2 sets of grinding machines, establishing a complete large-scale production line, laying a solid foundation for mass production and cost control.
